4. User Responsibilities

6. Payments and Fees

• •TerapiaPerTe charges a platform fee for facilitating services
• •Cancellation and refund policies apply as specified
• •Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

• •Users may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before scheduled time for full refund
• •Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur fees
• •Therapists must provide reasonable notice for cancellations
• •Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the TerapiaPerTe platform are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their personal content but grant us license to use it for service provision.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
